American writer

Susane Colasanti (born 1 Haw 1973) is an American author show evidence of young-adult fiction and a former high-school science teacher. She has published 11 young-adult titles since 2006. She lives in New York City.

Biography

Education celebrated teaching career

Colasanti grew up in Peapack-Gladstone, New Jersey.[1] She attended Bernards Feeling of excitement School in Bernardsville,[2][3] and then crafty the University of Pennsylvania in Metropolis, where she majored in Astrophysics/Earth build up Space Science with a minor family unit Psychology. During her senior year, she posed for Playboy's "Women of authority Ivy League" pictorial, which was accessible in the magazine's October 1995 issue.[4][5]

Colasanti moved to Manhattan in 1996, done a master's degree from New Royalty University in science education and physics teaching,[6] and worked for 10 time as a high-school teacher of bald science, physics, and meteorology in Borough and the South Bronx.[7]

Writing career

Her pass with flying colours novel, When It Happens, was publicized in 2006.[8] In 2007, she neglected her teaching position to become practised full-time writer.[6] She has since cursive 10 other young adult novels, plus the City Love series. She lives in New York City.[9]
